PRESIDENT & FOUNDER
As the President & Founder of Leasing Resources Inc. Stan oversees the company’s ongoing expansion efforts and is responsible for the strategic direction, vision, growth, and performance of LRI. Stan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Saint Bonaventure University, and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
Since joining LRI in 1998, Jackie’s focus has been the implementation and development of internal credit processes and overall portfolio management, in conjunction with providing equipment financing and services. Jackie’s dedication has led toward a fundamental growth of sales and operations, thriving now into automated services and enhanced portfolio performance. A strong background in account management, as primary liaison of end-user, finance institutions, and vendor associations, positions Jackie as an industry leader.
Logan is responsible for overseeing the development of the sales team as well maintaining vendor relationships and portfolio management. Logan has a Bachelors degree in Sports Management & Marketing from North Carolina State University. Prior to joining LRI, Logan pursued a professional career in golf after playing at the collegiate level for The University of South Carolina & North Carolina State University.
SENIOR SERVICE & DOCUMENTATION SPECIALIST
Kelley is responsible for overseeing all documentation, funding processes and providing sales and accounting support for LRI. She interacts directly with customers, lenders, and vendors to execute loan processes and ensure all parties are serviced. Prior to joining LRI she worked for the North Carolina State Employees’ Credit Union where she was a Senior Mortgage and Personal Lending Officer for 8 years. She attended North Carolina State University and has over 15 years’ experience in the finance industry.
STRATEGY & MARKETING MANAGER
Madison is responsible for overseeing the marketing strategy and branding for LRI, focusing on strategic goal setting and operational efficiencies. Madison has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Risk Management & Insurance from the University of Georgia. Prior to joining LRI she worked in P&C Personal Lines insurance as a Manager for a high net worth carrier, and after as an Account Manager at a local insurance agency.
Jared is responsible for managing and maintaining various vender relationships and partnerships for LRI, focusing on strategically generating sales and long-term business opportunities. Jared has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Sales and Management from Sacred Heart University. Prior to joining LRI, he worked inside sales as a Business Development Representative for an equipment finance direct lender, and shortly after became one of the Regional Sales Manager’s at the same firm.
BILINGUAL SERVICE & DOCUMENTATION SPECIALIST
Karla is responsible for ensuring accurate, complete, and compliant processing of loan files while overseeing the pipeline to meet deadlines. She is fluent in English and Spanish, using both in verbal and written communication daily with customers, loan officers, and third-party partners. She started her career in Sales, then transitioned to Finance, working on loan processing, underwriting, and loan modifications. Prior to joining LRI, she worked as a Senior Project Manager at Lyon Financial, working as a loan processor and managing customer’s projects.
Hunter is responsible for assisting and overseeing sales out of the Cornelius, NC office. Hunter obtained a Bachelors Degree in Sociology and Communications from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Prior to joining the LRI team, he was a collegiate athlete turned Sales Associate in Property Management, assisting two well established management companies in the greater Charlotte area.
Luke helps secure best in market finance terms– whether it’s servicing equipment vendors whose customers need financing or working directly with business owners in the market for equipment. He approaches each transaction with a service-oriented mindset and long-term perspective and wants to be the guy they come back to time and again for financing. Luke studied business and finance at USC-Columbia and UNC-Charlotte. Prior to joining LRI, he helped homeowners refinance their mortgages, sold business loan underwriting software, and was a sales manager at a prominent investment firm.
